Why We Do It…

Most people’s definition of success is too small, too easy.

Let’s not kid each other…success isn’t about money and things.    There’s plenty of information out there on how to get rich, and that’s not what this site is about.  Success is more about growing personally and contributing to things larger than yourself…living in your desired “state” of being.  Gary V. says it best: “Not being yourself is exhausting”.

The problem is that none of us can do it alone.  Success is largely about proximity.  Who are you around? What do they have you thinking? Is that ok?

Behind the Scenes – A Look at Our Team

>> Travis “T-rav” Smith <<

Travis is an SEO magician that puts the cool back into everything he touches. He claims he is allergic to all things boring but we can’t find the doctor’s note.

Entrepreneur at heart, he left behind the Dilbert Cube and a P.E. license in Civil Engineering to start an online business.  He’s a now a seasoned internet marketer with 7 years experience in e-commerce.

He has been known to vacation alone and has an office in his garage where we think he is secretly planning the next big idea. Travis is married to Kristin and has two young kids.

Mark is known as our Director of Surprise & Delight.  He lives up to this title as our lead programmer and is always bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Mark has been everything from desktop publisher to web developer to e-commerce specialist and most recently has been working on an iPhone App for personal development.

And the answer is yes, ladies…he is single.

Mike is the lead content-creator and networking guru.  He has the confidence and instinct of a natural born leader.  It’s contagious.

His background in sales, his networking prowess, and his passion for writing and new technologies has provided the group with constant momentum.

A fitness and track & field enthusiast, he re-lives his college high-jumping days competing annually in the Show Me State Games.  Mike is married to Gretchen and has two young kids.
